Darcy is a 4 - 5 yr old female Pitbull mix. She has a high energy level, so she would benefit from an active family with a fenced yard and plenty of space for daily exercise and play. She is loose and wiggly when greeting, and comes when called for snuggles and kisses. Darcy does moderately pull on a leash, but with basic obedience training, she should be walking like a champ in no time! She is food motivated, and knows the commands "sit" and "shake." She has an assertive personality, but mixes well with other dogs in a kennel. A meet-and-greet will be required with the potential adopter's dog before the adoption process can be completed. Darcy is not a fan of cats in the shelter environment.
