Tree of Remembrance Ceremony
December 5th - 6pm
North Park Mall - Joplin

This upcoming holiday season, "paws" to reflect on the important role your pets, past and present, play in your life. They ask nothing in return for their priceless gifts of loyalty and love.

Remember to honor your pet with a light on our first Tree of Remembrance. Our tree is topped with a star, a beacon of light for all homeless animals so that they may find a way home this holiday season. For just $5.00 per light, you can have a beloved animal friend represented on our tree, their name read in the ceremony and displayed on the memory page of the Joplin Humane Society website.

Our ceremony begins with a poem followed by the lighting of the tree, reading of the names and another short reading. It is truly a moving ceremony to honor and remember your beloved pets!
